Before you can sell products in the USA, you need to add a payment method for MarketPrint USA. This works as usual via the settings of your MarketPrint Shopify app:
If you manage multiple shops with one account, first select the desired shop from the dropdown menu. Then go to "Payment service provider (US)" and enter your payment method there.
Once that's done, you can get started right away and accept orders to the USA.
